Who fancies Chelsea to overturn the deficit? Adrian Chiles has this 'funny feeling Chelsea are going to do it', but I reckon Napoli will score on the break at some point in the first half, leaving too much for Chelsea to do.

I wouldn't be slagging off one of the best owners in the league if Everton were my team.

He might not have pockets that are deep enough to match your dreams of success, but at least he's someone who recognises how important it is not to risk everything on an idea that might not pan out for the best.

And there's plenty of owners who would have been quick to dump Moyes in some of the poorer-performance times, and plenty of good managers who would be quick to dump a club like Everton for just about any other offer from any other club.

Everton for the last ten years might not have been anything like Roman's millions and Moaniho's success, but you want to be careful what you wish for. In Kenwright and Moyes you have a formidible leadership that most other Prem teams would swap for in any instant.

I couldnt agree more, you only need to look at whats happened to big clubs like leeds and sheffield wednesday to see what can happen when clubs are not run properly. I find it laughable all these people saying Everton need an owner to pump in loads of money, the assumption seems to be that spending money that you cant generate from income is something to be proud of. I think everton are a great example that you can run a club sensibly and be relatively succesfull.

that last goal of Chelsea's was just beautiful.

Jezus, I can't believe I've just said that about Chelsea. :P

I thought when they brought Torres on it was going to be his game, cos for once a Chelsea game was in the sort of style he'd profit from. Instead he got completely outshone by a centre back.

Great game last night, really enjoyed it. Thought Ivanovic had a great game, and although he can make the odd mistake he always throws himself into games, great attitude. Still not sure about Sideshow Bob though, he just looks a liability....

Interesting stuff in here

http://www.bbc.co.uk...litics-17238494

"Today's revelations do not constitute a "smoking gun" or lend support to any kind of conspiracy theory, but they have added valuably to the state of public knowledge about the political reaction to the terrible events at Hillsborough in April 1989.

In brief, we have learnt that the top ranks of Merseyside Police helped to misinform Margaret Thatcher by wrongly blaming Liverpool fans. And we have learnt that there was dissatisfaction within the government at Lord Justice Taylor's refusal to adapt his inquiry to their political timetable for pressing ahead with an identity card scheme for football fans."

A mate of mine was sitting beside a columnist for The Scum at a wedding in Birmingham a few weeks back. The "journo" is 25 so obviously wasn't aware at the time but shes 100% convinced that the Scum stories of pissing on people, robbing etc are true. No doubt whatsoever but she admitted she doesn't know much about it.

Seems the Scum employees are as brainwashed as their idiot readers.

Charlton and Gerrard as his number one and two. interesting. Not gonna argue purely because imagine those two shooting at you all day. Wow. :D

I ain't gonna argue with those either, but it always makes me laugh how the rest of his list are modern(ish) players, and they always are in lists like that.

The likes of Stanley Matthews & Nat Lofthouse don't often get a mention. :(

    • I think they mentioned it in one and interview that the concept of Passport is one thing that differentiates the Sziget from other festival and encourages to explore the site outside music stuff. I doubt they will get rid of it, they might just be late, like they are with everything else.
