Un Adepte Des Raconteurs
I love them, and have seen them many times, but they seem a tad strange as an NME stage headliner to me. Why not have them headline the dance stage? What do people think?
j...rox
Highly considering these, or Doherty, depends how I feel. Muse will pull in 85% of the crowd and I enjoyed my klaxons rave last year to finish.
mattl
Is it possible they've changed the days of the Lock-up stage?
wheres the mudfight
went for dance stage but I really have no idea how big they are these days. if they're big enough its fine, otherwise there will be not atmosphere. saw a bit of Muse in '05 or '06 and they just bored me so I'll be at 2manydjs or Pete Doherty. rexclark
2 Many DJs will absolutely smash it, really can't wait!
kibble
I think the Dance stage will be on the Friday (reading) this year. Just by taking a look at the early bands anyways.
marketh
Their visual show is amazing and they are a great alternative to muse. They never fail to put on a great show, will be the perfect end to the weekend at reading.
Cieran
they're clashing with Muse, I wont be attending them in the NME, LOL!

tolywoly
I think they'll do quite well in the NME tent.
fuzzylogic
Could they not have The Streets on at a Normal "headliner" time and then have 2manyDJs into the early hours after the bands have finished? Or would this not be allowed with the licence?
j...rox
LCD played at normal headliner time, well were finished halfway into GNR's set. I then suggest the alternative tent which was awesome on both Friday and Saturday night last year. Unsure if they carry anything on into the sunday. rexclark
Can't wait for them in the NME, the Dance Stage is just too small, I like to have a bit of room for a dance and the NME will be perfect.
Vieuphoria
It's nice to see a credible decent dance act get recognition. Better than Pendulum at least. I think it would make more sense to have the Strokes headliners nad have 2ManyDJs sub. But Either way it's a very good, credible and strong selection of dance headliners/subs. pryce
much bigger than most people think! saw them last year after massive Attack (or Blink 182) cant remember which day Underworld wer on in paris and they were amazing so much better than i thought! will easily pull it off in the nme tent. Ed209
2manydjs is such a lazy booking for second stage headliners. I think they're great and I'm sure they'll smash it, but you can see them anywhere. Totally unoriginal
mattl
Are they at Creamfields? my theory is that they're scheduled as "Headliners" of the stage but The Streets take the top slot and have an earlier set and going to the other festival. Kinda like Deadmau5 and the Dance tent a few years back.

rexclark
All the gambles they've made in the last few years haven't paid off, acts like Faith No More and the Manics got small crowds, Pendulum last year got a huge crowd. This will be a popular booking. I'd go as far as to say that they'll be more popular than Janes Addiction. What would people prefer, another generic Indie act or a past it's best old act? They'll book what they think will be popular and 2 Many DJs are popular.
JohnsonWHU
Really disappointed with the line up this year, and the only couple acts I'm really liking the look of are 2manydjs and muse, typical that they clash! Dont think I can turn down an awesome light show in the tent though so I'll be seeing 2manydjs. Never seen them before so really looking forward to it. evilduck
I love 2manydjs (and Soulwax), but despite being at numerous festivals where they have played, I've still never managed to see them. I even had tickets for Soulwaxmas last year but had to sell them at the last minute. Sadly I think I will miss them again this year because I'm also a massive Muse fan, and a set full of Origin of Symmetry classics is too good for me to pass up!
