V Line Up

Surely acts like Kaiser Chiefs or Chase and Status could still play? i don't understand why people are ruling them out. Only R&L headliners are exclusive, not all acts.

I'd have liked to see chase & status, manics, primal scream, ocs, courteeners and kaiser chiefs. But the only one that I would consider a band I really want to watch are the manics (and eminem).

Hope we get Mumford & Sons, editors, beady eye, the enemy, White lies, prodigy, deadmau5, view, streets and Brandon flowers ( off the top of my head from who's not been announced), but I would expect that some of them will be announced for V at a later date...

I reckon Beady Eye will be the other sub, bit weird before Emimnem yeah but, I just naturally see them there. Are Editors doing fests this years, Streets'll play I reckon.

Also noticed The Cribs had been announced for Rock Ness and their twitter said something about playing "fests" (emphasis on the plural) this summer, but could just mean European ones. Would they come back again?

Awful line up, I'm only upset about Manic's because I thought they had a chance at Reading. Primal Scream is too bad as well but I was fairly sure they would be at V. Gives me hope for R/L

3 act to keep an eye on in the coming months for R+L. beady eye who dont seem to be at v, seasick steve, and stereophonics.

like alot of other people it will be sad not having the manics at R+L this year.

the line up for V, i really dont no like. scouting for girls and the saturdays just some it up for me.

when was the lineup for Leeds announced last year? Normally do V but go my Leeds ticket in pre-sale last year. Glad the V lineup is poor, more likely to have good acts at Leeds.
