I think this is rather keen - after all, she could still not pay the balance and only lose the £10, rather than trying to make an extra £55ish!

The thing is even if it is genuine, and you get it at the starting bid of £250, You are still going to have to pay of the balance of around 150 quid anyway.

So the very least you are going to pay for the ticket is 400 quid, and with no guarantee that you will get in.

Cheeky as hell. If you can't go, forfeit your tenner, don't try and make a profit. That's one less ticket in the resale, and one more tout (because that's basically what she's made herself) making a profit.

Does anyone who know more about eBay than me know if there's a way to get the listing removed?

Reported to eBay, although if past experience with the illegal selling of dried rare critically endangered Seahorses from the Philipenes and the USA is anything to go by eBay are not at all bothered as long as they can make a profit. It may be better if someone could report it the Glastonbury Festivals Ltd so they can cancel the ticket and the seller lose all of her money, anyone know GFL's contact details?

Fairly sure this tout did exactly the same last year. Getting eBay to cancel the auction isn't good enough as these sellers relist it as a buy-it-now and complete the transaction before it gets pulled again.

I sent a question asking him to confirm thaty the price was for the full ticket and that she would be paying the remaining balance in april but I haven't had an answer yet...

Clearly eBay are not going to remove this listing (under the deposit scheme it isn't actually hers to sell yet) so I have now also reported it to GFL, lets hope they cancel the ticket and ban her from applying again in the future.

Although i agree with everyone here. With the new ticketing system i'm not sure I see the issue here.

Yeah she is stupid for putting it up. But most people know they can't get in if they don't match their ticket, so if someone is stupuid enough to buy it then more fool them. If they get in, great if not then it's their own fault.

I do think she should have just cancelled it though. Silly lady.
