The Cult & Masters Of Reality have just announced a fest in holland in June. Both are certs for Download i reckon. Touring partners atm, Andy Copping loves The Cult and tried to book them last year but lost out to Soni, and i doubt they'l play soni 2 years running plus Masters Of Reality were on the 2008 bill for Download but had to pull out due to ill health. http://www.roadrunnerrecords.com/blabbermouth.net/news.aspx?mode=Article&newsitemID=150377

Ive just been reading over AC's tweets for the past couple of months, see if he gave anything away, and I really doubt he's booked Soundgarden his exact tweet when asked about them and the interest is high in their reformation he said

''What? Poor reviews and only 2,000 copies sold, isn't exactly a lot of interest''

So from that he won't be booking them as a headliner, depends if they'd take further down the bill.

But he talks SOOO much about Rob Zombie, Im really gunna be shocked if he hasn't got him, says he's been negotating with him to play Download for the past 4 years. I can't imagine Sonisphere getting him over Download if thats the case.

The only choice left for Tool id say is download, or if ozzy does some sort of ozzfest again. Otherwise i reckon they'll just do 2 or 3 uk dates. In terms of European dates, reckon they'll do a few fests. Soundgarden i havent got a clue yet as they havent been very forthcoming with plans.

Interestingly. It looks like Van Halen 2011 plans are back on. Word is recording the album starts in Jan, then plans for touring starts once the albums ready. So maybe, they could be part of download, although hard rock calling seems more suitable.

Buckcherry looking to play.

http://www.rockaaa.com/news/buckcherry-member-meets-fans-member-1511

Buckcherry are aiming to appear at next year’s Download festival amid a hectic summer season in support of new album All Night Long.

Todd says: “I think we’re coming to Download although I don’t think it has been confirmed yet. There is talk of a lot of other festivals and in between them we plan to be doing shows.

“You always want an album to be bigger and sell more, but it’s a slow and steady process for us. We’re happy with where we debuted. We’ll be touring it all next year then we’ll probably put out another record in 2012.”

    • The first half of that game was cracking but then I fell asleep at half time. Maybe that's just the momentum of things.

    • A win is a win but it was a very poor game with only 4 shots on target in the whole game. Scotland obviously handed a massive bonus with Brazil and Morocco drawing but I don't think either of them will be too worried.
