The Sufjan in the AQuditori thing has pissed me off no end.

They did this last year with Low, meaning you had to queue up for hours and pay 2 euro for a ticket to see them. Nonsense. I won't be doing it on principle

You do. They started giving out tickets at 2pm. We got there at midday and they were already telling people at the back they weren't going to get tickets. And this was like 5 hours before the bands really started! And that was for Low! I can't imagine what it'll be like for Sufjan.

Plus the paying an extra 2 euro to see a band at a festival which I've already paid for really really rankled with me. Primavera gets so so much right. But that, and the chaos of ticketing on the first day (word of advice - go to one of the pre shows to get your wristband and entry card. It will save you about 4 hours on the first day. Thankfully we went with someone who'd been before) were both pretty rubbish

What time do the gates open?

What's up with these pre-shows? I know for the Wednesday activities at the Poble Espanyol, you just show your ticket and get in. So there's a way to get my wristband sorted before the gates open on Thursday?

Also, if I get a press pass, do I get priority access to the auditori like the VIP's?

I saw him in Brighton a couple of weeks ago and it was A-MAZ-ING, would kill (well, maybe not kill, I'm a pacifist) to see him again at Glastonbury but I don't think it'll happen. Didn't find it self-indulgent at all, just spell-bindingly brilliant. Love love loved it!

That is all.
