Stunning display of musicianship. Even after one of the best gigs I've ever been to, this blew my mind. Re: Coldplay, I'm really on the fence. I like the early stuff - first 2-3 albums - and a few of the recent singles, but it doesn't blow me away. The 2016 show looked amazing on TV, but in the middle of the crowd, a lot of the bracelet/laser/projection stuff would be lost on you, wouldn't it? Has anyone seen them recently and would you strongly recommend or not recommend them? -

I'd say around 50% of my entire Glastonbury is solo and after hours even more so. If there's someone I'm dead set on seeing, you're either coming with, or not. I rarely compromise if there's a must-see and I encourage my friends to be the same. Glastonbury time is super-finite. And when I get to where I need to be, I follow my nose, seek out the place with good energy (lots of smiles, people dancing, zero daisy-chaining through the crowd - a pet hate of modern dancefloors) and plant my feet. It's usually where the best sound is, too. There's nowhere better to be anonymous but surrounded by like-minded souls than a good dancefloor. See you there. -
Yeah I was watching it from my shift and thinking it could go either way. We were told to come down from fire towers in case we got taken out by lightning.
