Don't get me wrong, there's a million things I love about Glastonbury, but the filling up of the Pyramid with medicrity is not one of them.

After watching him on An Audience With I said to myself, I hope he never plays Glasto. It was cabaret nonsense, great for Butlins but please, not here.

He'd be great at Glasto and it would be a brilliant atmosphere, I jest not. I've never quite understood why people love to hate him so much, if you're really not into it then stay away. And unlike the sad Shakin Stevens a couple of years ago I doubt very much Cliff would be playing "new material" but just singalong classics. And as an encore maybe even a prayer to thank God!
