I ordered mine on 9th July and called Customer Services today 01858 438866. Lad said they ran out of the first batch and they received a second batch on 22nd July which are being sent out now. I have to call back in a weeks time if it hasn't arrived.

i've just spoken to someone on their customer service line and she told me there is a delay in getting them ( no shit?!!) and it could be another 10-15 days!

call them up. the lady who i spoke to yesterday said you could have one quite easily.

bit of a bloody long time to wait though i have to say. it will be the next glasto by the time we reciece them. i sort of dnt care about the magazine any more as it was so long ago (the festival).

They have just admitted that they lied about the July 15th despatch date. I really don't trust them at all. Originally the email I got was

i am waiting on mine as well. Called the other day to chase and they said that they were waiting on a second batch to be delivered and that it may still be another 21 days! I am happy to wait as I want to read it but it's getting a bit stupid now.
