Goodness gracious tofu burger, with yummy salad in a seedy wholemeal bun, almost worth the price of a festival ticket on its own!

Lol....

Has anybody found anywhere that they honestly say was Value For Money?

I mean, in non-festival terms?

We're all so used to getting ripped off by festival-priced food, I think the VFM moniker takes on a different meaning when you're on-site..... :P

The pic is from their website rather than Glasto, but they have at least 2 pitches on site one to the left of the Other stage (as you're facing it) and one was by the Queens Head. Think there was probably a third but can't recall the location.

It IS the best hog roast in the world, and it's at the T-junction if you walk from the Orange charging tent to the bandstand.

Soft, moist, falling-apart pork; crispy, salty crackling; savoury stuffing and a soft white roll. Heaven.

I went there 5 times last year

    • I'm surprised they risked it, especially after nearly missing their Glasto 22 slot under similar circumstances  I did see someome say Ellie didnt sound as strong as recently but I'm guessing playing 3 shows in 2 different continents doesnt help that    On the topic though I can definitely see them doing a Fontaines and having a break over winter before a few final Clearing shows next summer
    • That's fair on WA - I did recall people thinking Fontaines would take this year off before this was announced.    On the subject of Wolf Alice, they did Lollapalooza in Chicago on Saturday then Kendal Calling last night. Bit of an odd choice, no? Half imagine at Kendal that they would've been just exhausted.
    • Just logged onto the app to start planning my days and there really are a LOT of stages missing. Apart from the Seaside Stage there is no Casemates this year etc. Apart from the Seaside Stage, there are no Casemates this year, etc. Can't see anything about the kids field really. And there's local acts that are normally there like Kojak's Revenge that aren't appearing either.  Normally we get down fairly early but I can't see anything before 3pm I'm keen to see. Only one real clash as well, which is good, but it's thin and it's not thin in the sense of "I've seen a lot of these acts before"
