Levellers Sunday At The Glade!

You think you've got a problem ! I'm not a huge fan of Stevie W but after seeing a recent setlist posted a while back realised that I not only did I know all the songs but the words to the vast majority as well plus it's almost certainly the only sensible oportunity I'll ever get to see him. So that seemed to be Sunday night all sorted. HOWEVER, I now also *really* need to be at The Other Stage for Orbital, JP Stage for Ash, Acoustic Stage for Jackson Brown, Avalon Stage for Saw Doctors and Gomez, not to mention being at The Glade of course for the mighty Levellers. Sunday night simply has to be the Worst Clash Ever TM:P Hey, maybe they could drop Friday and Saturday completely and just do Sunday 3 times over so at least I have a fighting chance :P This is why I don't usually take any notice of rumours and line-ups and generally wait until I've got the tent up before reading the programme :P

Levellers were the first band I ever saw live. They were also the first band I ever saw at Glastonbury. I will more than likely end up going to see them at the glade.

But- when will I get another chance to see Stevie? Wont Orbital be fantiastic? I think I'm leaning towards the Levellers but will decide on the day.

This is my major clash. Its even worse than Toots v Faithless.

    • You can judge who you want to get a high slot next with the Lolla headliner performances from the weekend. Cause people think Tate Mcrae is the best thing out there for some reason. And some other cool acts, plus you can laugh at how bad the camera work is cause disney is cheap.
    • Fontaines getting the honour of the last ever BBC Maida Vale session going out on 6 Music shortly.   No Glastonbury relevance (for now.. ), just thought I'd mention it for those who are interested 😎
    • Had a wonderful booking in one of our primary woodland venues this weekend. A 30th birthday arranged by a load of musicians and entertainment industry professionals. It was primarily a folk oriented event, however I noticed one young woman who didn’t seem to fit dress and appearance wise. Turned out to be Frenetic, one of the top up and coming UK Jungle and DnB DJ’s.    Anyway Saturday night turned into an EDM session and I got to do a set. Slightly nervous considering who was there, it was great and Frenetic loved my set. She’s closing Data Mine at Shambala this year.
    • they got lucky and the thunderstorms stayed away. It was still wet of course. Some of those boot sucking puddles did emerge from what a couple friends saw who were there.  Post fest aerial also below   and also a sapphic mud wrestling contest?
