Seetickets and the resale

Hi All

A friend who works for see says that there are less than 2500 tickets in the resale

I don't know how true this is , but he has been right before

i dont belive that in anyway, i gave 4 back in the group of 7, and there were loads being given back from friends on the post on here. plus gfl extending the sale by 2 days shouts to me that they are struggling to sell the tickets people have put deposits on. If i remember correctly in 2007, when it was damn hard to get tickets, 11000 went on in the resale through various reasons, and there wasnt a deposit system in place then .

I'm not filled with hope, gonna be trying for about 3 or 4 tickets and really hope I can get them...

nightmare if thats the case, we're just after 1 ticket after a mate of mine thought he'd registered for 3 years last year, seemingly the muppet only registered for 1 year and we couldnt get him a ticket in the original sale. fingers crossed but dubious

It'll be a mad scramble anyway. U2 and Muse fans will break legs to see them.

Hmm... i'm not convinced! They are selling both coach packages and ticket only in the resale, with a timetable of 15 coaches scheduled! Surely if there was only 2500 going back in the pot they would have made it either package only or ticket only and not both?!?

Methinks I shall go straight for the coach package which just might improve our chances

It will. If you go for the coach package, theres a fair chance of you getting them. Best option anyway.

It's the same server that handles all the ticket sales. If you get the order page up then order whatever's available.

yea wth u2/muse it's deff gonna be a scramble-we only need 1 more ticket, woulda been 2 but that mental girl cant come lol

hopefully everyone on this board will get one

remember to try just before the time they are due to go on sale - many of us got our tickets before 9am in the original sale

No matter how many are left, I think there will be a scramble this year. I hope people on here who want one manage to get one though.

if the 2500 figure is correct i bet thats just for general admission non coach tickets.

i'd expect a fair amount of coach tickets on top of the 2500 quoted.

if you are on and prepared and go straight for the coach tickets theres no way you wont get one.

some of us already have tickets... sorry quite a shallow one there.... on another point i hope whoever wants one gets one,

i also think that it will unfortunately gonna be a 3 way battle between U2 fans / Muse fans / and generally glasto fans

What about Stevie fans? I think they will be just as if not more hard core about getting them (U2 will be the worst as they don't have any other UK shows atm do they? Wheres Muse will probs have the least fans trying to get glasto tickets as they are at number of other places across the summer as great they are and will be at Glasto )
