but chatting to my mates seems that there are more gigs being lined up already so fairly confident he's planning to come over and that Michael is the chief reason

there were other gigs arranged for this summer that got scrapped previously, so I wouldn't necessarily take the fact of other gigs being arranged now as giving it 'sure' status.

But as I've already said, I guess Michael blabbing about it indicates that he thinks it's going to come together.

I saw him at the O2, and while his setlist was okay it wasn't great. Too many jams and interludes for my liking, especially on Ribbon In The Sky, which seemed to last for eternity. I'd love to see him go out there and do a greatest hits kinda setlist, that would certainly cement his place as a Glastonbury legend!
