I used to be a huge fan of Muse but although I still think they are good, I prefer their older material to their new stuff. Haven't seen them live since 2004. Do they play mush of the old stuff?

I was really hoping of a chance the Stones had changed their mind, Would have loved to have seen them on the Saturday alas I'm not to bothered - not like there's nothing else to do!

As for Muse I think they're a decent headliner, bit of an anticlimax after last years imo, but everyones seemed to have built this 40th anniversary up to be a massive occasion...lets wait for the 50th

Yeah, I'm not a Muse fan at all, but regardless of that, Stevie Wonder and U2 have to be 2 of the biggest headliners in the world. Had The Rolling Stones been Saturday instead, it would have been a truely legendary lineup, but at least Muse stops people moaning it's all "older" acts...

A wonder - daft punk clash, or even someone like LCD soundsystem will be pretty darn horrific.

I don't like them personally. Never have and I never will. Boring, dreary shite I think and I fail to understand how a band can be so good live when their songs are poor.

Nevertheless I'm sure a lot of people are happy about it and in many ways I am happy that I can do something else with my Saturday night in Glasto, I am not at all disappointed as I am completely aware how big Glastonbury is and how much this is to do. There will be plenty on that's worth seeing and people who are disappointed need to remember that.

I'm hoping for Daft Punk/Chem Bros/ Pixies on the Other Stage. Though I'm not getting my hopes up.

That would be f**kin' horrific. I would be absolutely torn on the Daft Punk/Wonder clash and would probably leave it down to the toss of a coin. Wonder would be getting my vote over LCD however, purely because I think there is a much greater chance of seeing LCD somewhere else which is unlikely for Stevie.

Seriously? Have you ever seen Muse live before? They certainly do not rely on their lightshow. They're actually better without the fancy lights. Their stripped down gigs are even better than the arena shows.

When will people learn that having an interesting stage set up /= relying on a lightshow.
