Paid ours on-line on thursday but got strange automated phone calls yesterday supposedly from Lloyds fraud dept which I at first ignored as thought they were fake BUT rang bank then to see if they were genuine and they were. Payment from my account had been blocked by the bank because it was a large amount! After much ranting at the bank about shoddy way they tried to contact me (an automated message phone call instead of a real person!!!) I then had to ring See and set up the payment again over the phone.

Very frustrating :P so would advise people to ring their bank BEFORE they make the payment so the bank know it is genuine.

Did get confirmation from See quite quickly though and couldn't fault the way they helped on the phone.

done - not impressed at £15 for car parking though, considering the ticket worked out at £190.

i love glastonbury, but sitting here just now, i think i got to the point where i thought, it is ACTUALLY worth it?

i'm glad i got the ticket and all, but if it goes up again, i'm really not going to be able to go.

the big increase last year was blamed on petrol prices going up so much - fair enough i guess. but another increase straight afterwards seems a bit much considering petrol prices have gone down.

i wonder if they realise they can actually keep prices the same sometimes?

Paid mine and my 2 mates a couple of days ago. Came to more than I had in my account, but luckily the payment went through, and I was able to quickly transfer the extra £20 into my account from another one when my confirmation e-mail came through. I was panicking at first, then realised that even if it had denied it, I had nearly 2 weeks to re-do it.

Happy :P

Paid off the balance last night and the really helpful lady updated my home address and email info whilst on the same call. Couldn't really afford the payment but couldn't risk waiting to be paid on the 25th and then having a panic before the 28th deadline. I'll pay the overdraft interest instead!!

email arrived this morning. Just need to book the coach ticket and i'm ready to roll.

Can't wait.

Last year left Nottingham at 9am, got through the gate at midnight.

Also does anyone know anything about refunding car park passes, I bought one as the plan was to car it down but thats changed now?

Cheers

Just paid for 3 x tickets, 2x car park, 3 x insurance (nearly didn't make it last year, and wished I had booked insurance then!)

I really do not have the time to scroll through the 13 pages of this thread, so can anyone inform me how long it takes to get the confirmation email? I know it says 24 hours but that seems like a lifetime to have to wait for an email in the 21st century. Typical See eh?

A few hours max for the email - and check your spam box as lots seem to end up there, esp. if you're using Hotmail or similar.

And be prepared to wait up to a week for the money to be taken from your card!!!
