Cheers p&ap :P checked everything, not a veggie sausage to be seen. Have waited over the 24 hours now just to be sure & am in the midst of trying to sort it over the phone now...

--> well, not entirely instilled with confidence by the young lady i just spoke to...they have re-processed the payment from my account which has apparently now gone through, although when i asked her how much for she wasn't sure?! Also, she didnt ask for my registration number & didn't know what I was talking about when I asked if I would receive an email with a confirmation number either.

Well, time will tell & if not there's always the phone again, as long it doesn't get answered by a muppet!

Maybe somebody who has paid their balance off can answer this....do you need to pay the balance on all of the tickets on your order, or can individual people who have a deposit paid on the same initial order pay off the balance themselves? I have a few people on my order, but when I go to pay the balance it just asks me how many tickets I want to pay for, it doesn't bring up my old order? So can I get the others to just pay their own balance or do I need to sort out the lot?

Cheers....

Well I found why see have been taking forever with my payment when they phoned me today! My bank had decided randomly to issue me with new card to upgrade it to visa, however having not had this card I was trying to use that one which had since been cancelled. The annoying thing is the day before I paid it off, I went to the bank and used that same card at the counter to to put my money in!

Grrrr banks! Got to wait for a new one now >_>

Yay! The money has gone & only once thankfully! :P:P:P

Quick question though - has anyone had an email with an attachment come through from the Glastonbury guys? Have just gone on auto pilot & emptied out my junk mail, then realised whilst it was going slowly doing so, that there was one in there from Glastonbury something or other with something attached. By the time I realised it had gone & I can't retrieve it, but am now not sure if it was something important or some random junky spam thing that has now got me panicking!

Roll on June :P

Done it just now, usually I am massively disorganised, but am filthily gloating at the neat line up of emails from see - registered, deposit paid, balance reminder, ticket confirmation! Got the confirmation email about 3 mins after paying, so well done See tix, been smooth so far.

Gonna nip up to the cashpoint in a minute to see if the money has gone.

paid mine yesterday, connection failed when transferring me to my bank's 3D-secure page, which resulted in no payment being taken but my registration being locked out.

I was lucky and spoke to a genuinely helpful call centre bloke called Matt who sorted out some way to take my payment over the phone despite the card payment system struggling with volume of transactions. The phone line went dead just as he was taking the last digit on my debit card, but the guy looked through my 2009 ticket purchase record, found my mobile number, and called me back!

Absolute legend. I owe the guy a couple of pints, have left some positive feedback on see's site so hopefully the guy will get a bonus. Call centres are normally such hellish places, so when you find someone with a bit of smarts, it's like the sun coming out!

YAY GLASTO!! (now just to get my little brother a ticket. tempted to ring matt on his direct dial that i now have when the re-sale starts. mwah hahahaaaaa)
