I'm not blaming the legal system - I don't know anything ABOUT the Italian legal system! There just appear to have been so many flaws all the way along with the case that I'm amazed they felt confident enough to convict, beyond reasonable doubt.

whether she's guilty of murder or not she's certainly guilty of letting things go too far and to a point of no return. Whether any of it was intended, the Kercher girl still had her throat slit, was raped and god knows what lese and then died a pretty slow and nasty death. SOMEONE caused all that...and the DNA evidence, the physical evidence and then the evidence from suspects all lead to a conclusion that had to end in some pretty major convictions.

I dont believe the Italian police have led a hunt on this one...something very twisted occurred that night and Amanda Knox was very much involved in the goings on.

Cant see an appeal ever going through.
