ha ha, even my friends who are going with me are getting sick of me mentioning it! Though I didnt hear them complaining when I managed to get the tickets or booked the hotel the night before for us all

I cant help it, I just get so engrossed by new (I've never been before) and exciting things plus I'm one of these people who need to organise everything ages before hand and go to the far end of a fart doing it

been once, and absolutely refuse to go to any other festival. that was my proclamation at the end of 08. then the reading lineup came out, them three headliners are my three favourite bands. But still, I stuck to my guns and just youtubed the monkeys, radiohead and kings (at glasto) when i felt bad for not going. If it's not glasto (Or Truck, great little festi that i worked at), i just don't think it's worth the hard earned sterling.

So hey Mark, i'm Nick, and i too am a Glastoholic.

P.S, apologies for apalling grammar, i'm a lazy student, we have spellcheck for such trivial things :P

I do find myself thinking about Glastonbury more than I've thought about any other fest. Probably because I've never been so hopeful for a line-up. I've been fed up with other fests line-ups mostly and I'm looking forward to a completely new experience.

Watched the Glasto film earlier, still ridiculously excited. Gonna be hard to top 09 but I think it's gonna happen :P

On the other hand only two of my group (including me) have tickets so far so I can't rest on my laurels too long, gotta be ready for Feb or whenever they next go on sale.

I was like that this time last year, in many ways I think I got over excited about Glastonbury which made slight disappointment inevitable. Don't get me wrong I had a great time just not as good as the previous years, which were planned about 2 weeks prior to the event as opposed to last year which was planned about 6 months in advance.

It was my first Glasto last year and I didn't understand why the line-up was revealed so late

I guess I found it frustrating because I wasn't sure about it all compared to other festivals I have visited

Having been there and understood what it is all about, I now really enjoy the run up

It's great fun speculating about who the bands are going to be - already the rumours for next year are much more my cup of tea

You just have to see a thread on this forum with the name of a band you like and the excitement level goes up another notch

I didn't think I could possibly as excited this year as I was last year but at this rate I'm going to spontaneously combust!

I ordered T In The Park tickets long before Glasto ones, but I dream of Glastonbury every night. The most amazing place on earth.

Anyone thats not been before (Rex & Rachel) your eyes will be opened. The sheer size if nothing else will blow you away.

Well for me it’s a little strange I’d done 3 Glasto’s in a row and was always pretty chilled out about the whole thing. I missed the last two festivals so decided to make my return next year and have become pretty obsessed with the whole thing, mainly with this website if I’m honest!!! But I like to think it’s a fairly healthy obsession!!! :P
