Think the best act by a margin is Jay-Z and there's some illustrious company on tonight. Stornaway made a pretty good show of themselves. Enjoyed the weird Canadian guy playing and acoustic guitar like a harpsicord too - bit of a limited shelf life though surely?.

Sting is a boring hippy f**ker these days who dines out on past glories and should f**k off. IMO of course.

Am watching too.

Just to contradict, think its great to see Sting on top form, even if he does look like he's been living in a bin

Highlights: Nora Jones and Foos (having seen their live at Wembley on C4 t'other day, its good to see Mr Grohl can still play his guitar....)

Foos & Jay Z were ace, my feelings on Sting have been shared

P.s. are they ever going to sort the time out (the clocks went back a fortnight ago )

Jay-Z was brilliant. Foo Fighters were dull. Norah was a little forgettable, nice voice though. Stornoway were good as well and Sting was easily the most pretentious bollocks I've seen on TV for a while. He thinks he is some sort of musical, folk wonder but his lyrics are shite.

    • So sad to see the news that John Douglas of the Trashcan Sinatras has died. They only released their latest album last week and it is wonderful.  So underrated and a member of such a great long running band. https://trashcansinatras.com/blogs/news/john-douglas-1963-2026
    • listening to jamie east's podcast earlier he said that he'd heard fender is confirmed, and that as of 2 weeks ago Madonna hadn't been approached.
    • which would make that Graham Norton interview nonsense .... although obviously things change
    • I dunno - I thought that initially but I'm, reluctantly, edging towards not happening as it stands. Will continue to dig where I can, though.   Re 2028 - I wouldn't be confident. If this is the second time they've tried and it's gone belly up, it could be a case of just write it off.
    • What do you think the lowest price the Weekend tickets for Leeds will hit?    Currently £210 before Twickets fees?   Maybe £140-150? Or less?
