Don't fret everyone. OK, today's forecasts are not as good as yesterday, but look at the ensembles:

For three days, they all agree, then there is no agreement at all.

The GFS data comes from the NOAA in America. The Met Office comes from their office in Exeter about 60 miles for the festival. Trust the Met Office.

Note: This advice only applies today and I reserve the right to make opposing and contradictory views at any time if the GFS forecast improves.

Sorry Guys I thinks it's me. The years I have attended since 2000 are 2005 and 2007....And we both know how they went. I think the rain is following me...........

I'm starting to obsess about the weather again! I've been keeping an eye on what the bbc have been saying for my area for the last couple of weeks. They change it so often it's amazing.

For example on Monday today was supposed to be tipping down, on Tuesday it was light rain, then yesterday it changed to grey cloud.

It looks like grey cloud at the moment, so they only got it right in the last 24 hours!

I saw some nice sunglasses earlier but I forced myself out of buying them and instead went and bought a new waterproof jacket. I mean, I don't want to have patches of sunburn on my face and I';ll need a pillow to lie on on the grass in front of the stages when the sun beating down on me has worn me out.

    • I have no issue with the Primavera crowd in most respects. They’re always friendly, respectful and no hint that there could be trouble at any point.   However…the talking is horrific here. The xx was pretty much ruined for me due to people having conversations with their mates the whole way through. Noticed it from all different nationalities across the weekend…English, Irish, Spanish etc. There seems to be no understanding of the nuances of when it’s okay to talk and when it isn’t. And obviously the sound being quiet at a lot of spots on the main stages exacerbates the issue. That alone has made me reconsider whether I will be coming back, it would probably take a lineup as good as this year (unlikely)

    • I found the vibe a little different to recent editions.. definitely an older crowd, less queer, less Spanish.. certainly has something to do with the lack of Glastonbury this year. And I felt Saturday was a little overcrowded. I‘ve never seen Mordor as full as last night for the xx and Gorillaz. Did not enjoy that too much.
    • Not my favourite year either, despite liking the lineup more than previous years. Not sure what it was, I guess Thursday really put the brakes on things. But yeah I'll be back next year hopefully. And maybe Massive Attack will return...
    • E-mail summarizing Saturday - Primavera Sound 2026 Journal Day 3. As in previous days, it's going to be on the website soon, I think.
