hmmm, not sure which way to vote here.

Normally I go and see who I either havent seen in a while, and/or am not seeing elsewhere this summer.

However, I have seen prodigy twice now touring their new album and Im seeing blur at hyde park week after glasto I think it is.

Im personally hoping that they wont be stupid and make them clash, stick prodigy on sat oppo bruce, then no clash for me! :(

I got tickets for Blur @ hyde park the following week!

What you think i should do?

Think Blurs set will be a wicked at glasto....................................

Then Prodigy , might have to flick a coin on it.

Erm, well apart from the fact it always takes at least double the time to get anywhere or do anything in Glastonbury time :( you'd have to go through the dance village, which will be packed & past the John Peel stage, which will be packed, I think the other way round is probabaly longer? I think it'd just be a nightmare to be honest, much better to just pick one & see all of it :D

Prodigy.

And to echo what others have said, don't try the Nick Cave - Prodigy move via the markets. There's a horrific bottleneck pinch-point on the most direct route, and it can really f*ck up your night (you'll be down enough as it's winding down  ). Give yourself longer and go wider.

Al.

    • Tell me more. Last Latitude we went to was '21 - my son was young & had a wagon so we snuck good beers in that way. I remember there being some Brooklyn IPA on sale which was tolerable - are you saying they don't sell anything other than Carlsberg now?! 😳
    • Tonight was a disgrace. There wasn't *that* much rain, and it wasn’t *that* windy. A festival of this size should be able to withstand some adverse weather without it bringing the whole circus to a standstill. And if it is true that part of a speaker on the Revolut stage fell…   As for the communication - announcing Massive Attack were playing at 12:30 and then nothing for over an hour while people waited in the rain. It’s laughable it really is.   If I said I’ll never come back again I’d be lying. The shambles of Barcelona 2022 and the disgrace of Madrid 2023 didn’t stop me, so this probably won’t either.   This festival gets so much wrong, but it is always saved by having such killer line-ups. It’s just a shame it treats the fans/customers/consumers like animals. Compare it to somewhere like Glastonbury and it’s worlds apart.
