To be fair Mr. Luckysalt, the answer for me would be yes and no. I will be going to V2010 no matter what the lineup. However on saying that, for a V lineup it is a little Indie heavy. But then again, more drinking time for me. Happy days.

Will probably be a v 2010 whatever, but could we possibly sub in Stereophonics and Foo Fighters somewhere ie Foo Fighters headline Saturday, remove Pussycat Dolls and Mika and bump the order down with Newton Faulkner as the opening act. Stereophonics could be support for Arctics or Vice Versa. Or Newton Faulkner could replace the Sugarbabes and shove a class old act as openers like The Stranglers did.

WAS sell very average and played around that slot at Reading and Leeds last year

I love WAS, I think they're awesome but I was trying to be realistic and thats what would happen, its not personnel taste placings on the line up

Actually Id say V is one festival where record sales DO matter

look at Scissor Sisters headlining in 2005

best selling album of 2004

But they also do put cult status acts on as well

but to be honest they haven't done this since 2006 IMO

I see what you're saying about Arcade Fire, maybe it would be along shot, but it would still be a headline slot
