UB40...Lionel Richie....Showaddywaddy....not my choice at all, but sometimes you have to cave in to keep the peace on the home front....Lucky for me she is not interested in Glastonbury...although i had a near escape with Neil Diamond last year, but a gentle reminder of the toilet situation put her off for life..... :D

I saw slade as a teenager and absolutely loved em. Not quite a teenager anymore and still bloody love em

They were the first rock band that I saw live and were brilliant and I would LOVE them to play glastonbury

e2a... sorry slade were not my first outing to rock music it was Golden Earring.

I saw Hanson live...three years ago, long after the MMMBop heyday. I have also saw Razorlight live, and I really enjoyed them. In fact, if you google "Johnny Borrell" theone of the first images that shows up is a picture of him and I.

And I had tickets to the Spice Girls in Vegas, but the date didn't work out for me. Also, I'd totally go see Justin Timberlake if the ticket prices were in a decent range. I'm shameless.

Radiohead. Ok, I only like one of their tunes, No Surprises, but it's one more song than I'm keen to admit to. B)

Same applies to Coldplay (Fix You), Muse (Unintended) and Pink Floyd (Comfortably Numb). f**k, I feel a little sick just typing all that.

I was young.

I still maintain that "Black Diamond" by KISS (if it is by KISS) is a great song mind.

Well in the space of a couple of weeks back in 1992 I went to see both Erasure and Whitney Houston!

Erasure were surprisingly brilliant as well apart from Andy Bells stint with Chaps and a Thong! Not a good look!

However, I can rectify this. During the gig i started being really rude about them in quite a loud way (i was quite pissed), only to realise i was stood next to charlie's parents. oops

      Blue dot wouldn’t be a thing if Ticketmasters dynamic pricing went down as well as up, it proves that the dynamic pricing was just a scam to make more money rather than something that moved with the market supply/demand.

      I agree that we’ll never really know up until the concert happens (and even then we still may not know) but I think promoters are having to come up with new tactics to combat ‘blue dot fever’ (already hating that phrase!) and trying to imply that concerts are selling better than they actually are / available tickets are in short supply is definitely one of them.    To add though, it is quite common at the O2 Arena for the rear blocks to not go on sale (and then remain closed for the concert and covered over to hide the empty seats). And equally common for standing to sell out first, then side/lower tier seating next and rear/upper tier seating last.    Jungle’s two concerts at the O2 are a good comparison for this - for their 1st (announced) date, all blocks are on sale and seats in all sections remain unsold, whereas for their 2nd date, the rear blocks are greyed out (more so than for Muse) and equally lots of seats remain unsold in the blue blocks. Standing for both concerts are showing as sold out.

      MGK can and should headline. I was at one of his shows earlier in the year as a very casual fan, and there were a lot of alt people there. The show was actually class and he completely won me over. Anyone who opposes him headlining is just a gatekeeper imo, we need to move with the times.
