I volunteered with Oxfam stewards and my role was ticket checking at the Accessible Arrivals marquee. Absolutely loved it! There were 6 Access Stewards working in the marquee who check all that new arrivals in and ensure that customers have the correct access passes etc. I have also received an invitation to apply but I was fortunate to get a ticket so I won't be volunteering this year. @Chazeboy worked there last year too so calling him to the thread! 🙂

I had an initial email on 15 December to announce the on-sale date for priority applications.

If you have any helpers make sure that they have your postcode. This was required in 2022 in the security check. Good luck! 🤞

From Glastonbury Festival website..... Any ticket deposits for which the balance has not been paid by the end of the balance payment window, will be automatically refunded to the card on which they were booked; with a £25 administration charge retained and all tickets for which the balance has not been paid will be cancelled. Ultimately it is your responsibility to ensure your ticket balance is paid on time. Tickets for Glastonbury Festival are personalised with a photo of the ticket holder and cannot be transferred to another recipient. If you are unable to come to the Festival, and require a refund for your ticket, please contact See Tickets. If you are the lead booker you can log your request for a refund here, or if you aren’t the lead booker, by emailing glastonbury@seetickets.com confirming your details before midnight Friday 5th May 2023 to log your request for a refund. A £25 administration charge will be retained from all refunded tickets. An additional £15 administration charge will be retained from any cancelled ticket + coach travel bookings. (£25 ticket cancellation fee + £15 coach cancellation fee). It is not possible to cancel part of the booking – if you are unable to travel on your allotted coach you will need to cancel your ticket booking.

Brooke House Inn, Castle Cary or Cross Keys, Lydford en Fosse both have campsites that you can book for a night. 🙂

Having eaten with them several times over the years in the Acoustic field I have to say we were disappointed last year, not as deliciously cheesy as years gone by.

Seen all of them before, Arctic Monkeys at The Plug, Sheffield in 2005, Cambridge in 2006 and Glastonbury 2007 and 2013. GnR Wembley Stadium in 1992 at the Freddie Mercury tribute. Elton John also in 1992 and also at Wembley Stadium with Eric Clapton, Bonnie Raitt and Curtis Stiger. This will be the first time I actually want to see all three Pyramid headliners!

This would be a great move, having worked in the Spring Ground check in marquee last year (and pitched our caravan in Spring Ground) I saw for myself how long the queues were for the shuttle. It would also ease things for live in vans and those with permission to drive into the accessible campsite to unload. Back to E21 Accessible overspill for me this year, I prefer that side of the festival.

I have bought the whole set on DVD off eBay, hoping it plays as it's a Christmas present for my husband!

We ended up with a multiple in our group and contacted SeeTickets for a full refund, I had also emailed them before the sale and they assured me it wasn't possible to buy multiple passes with the same registration number, when we all know it has been an issue for years! I bet this catches a few out if they miss the email though.
