  1. The Cheese Truck were in that area this year and they make amazing cheese toasties! They were on the left after passing San Remo (was Beat Hotel) on the way to John Peel stage.

    Campervans

And my reply was...... I wouldn't trust what they say!!
  3. I like Williams Green as you can usually get a seat there. Great place to people watch and two of my favourite stalls - Dosa Deli and Roaming Rotisserie. I carry a spork too!
  4. This is a favourite of mine too, they were on the left when approaching the John Peel tent from Pyramid stage, near San Remo.
  5. it's fine, however I would take something to save the parking space, a windbreak or pop up tent as you may get someone in a campervan parking up.
  6. This is to the only one I know of https://zootopia.uk/accommodation/ I won a pass in 2017 but it was so far away from the festival I never got to see what they offered!
  7. You will need to be in contact with any helpers as there is no limit to the amount of CV tickets you can buy against one registration.
  8. Might be worth trying help@glastonburyfestivals.co.uk if that isn't the email you have already sent your details to.
  9. I am in a ladies only Glastonbury Facebook group and the successful ones had had payment confirmed so I would think you are in with a good chance. Might be an idea to get some confirmation from your bank that SeeTickets rejected the payment. The email they are using is help@glastonburyfestivals.co.uk Good luck!!
  10. Ray actually volunteers for Oxfam so it's a wind up.
  11. Full details of the areas for local & Sunday tickets is shown in this link 😀 - https://www.glastonburyfestivals.co.uk/information/tickets/local-sunday-tickets/?fbclid=IwAR3Vd4tvH8noNIx1ElQObF5a20Sv2yZDBQZoFDo2OQinSm5v1du1VM-Xhvs

    Campervans

Here is how they are filled, Fiona Ingram is the East Campervan site manager.....
  13. That's still there - https://www.facebook.com/TorRugbyClubMexicanStall/ 😄
  14. This is from Oxfam's Festival Q & A's so you will be fine, I have also added the link so you can access the site as their is loads of advice on there. Not sure where @Skip997 got his information but it isn't applicable to volunteering. You can register your interest here - https://www.oxfamapps.org.uk/festivals/register-interest/ I am an Oxfam volunteer so shout out if you have any questions. 🙂 https://festivals.oxfam.org.uk/info/frequently-asked-questions/questions-about-stewarding/#624b1c18-2fba-4e5a-9419-de0f4644f66a-i-am-not-from-the-uk-can-i-volunteer I am not from the UK. Can I volunteer? If you are from the Common Travel Area (UK, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man), are an EU/EEA citizen holding Settled or Pre-Settled Status, have European Temporary Right to Remain, or have a Working Holiday Visa, you have the right to volunteer in the UK. If you hold a different visa or immigration status, you need to check if you have the right to volunteer before applying. UK immigration rules allow visitors from the EU to undertake volunteering provided it lasts no longer than 30 days in total. We are unable to support volunteer visas.
  15. If you have people helping you must communicate with them as you can buy more than one campervan pass. SeeTickets will then charge a cancellation fee on all duplicate passes.
  16. There is a thread over in questions which may helps you 😀
  17. Make sure you know the length of the motorhome as that can be the decider on where you can pitch for the festival. This link gives you all the information you need - https://www.glastonburyfestivals.co.uk/information/accommodation/info-campervans-and-caravans/ Here are some links for other places, I haven't stayed in any of them so I have no idea which is the best. https://ashcombepark.com/ http://www.bridgefarmcaravansite.co.uk/bridge-farm/ https://www.facebook.com/AshcombeFarmGlastonbury/ https://lowerwestholmefarm.co.uk/booking.html
  18. It may be worth joining this Facebook group - https://www.facebook.com/groups/1092747344156305 😀
  19. Something from the Glastonbury shop? https://shop.glastonburyfestivals.co.uk/ 😀

    Banned!

I recall him being rather partial to a certain cheddar earlier this year before his success in the resale! 🙂
  21. It was still an issue in the 2022 campervan pass resale, and SeeTickets were levying a cancellation fee. ☚ī¸
  22. I have got there once, back in 2017. You need to be on a list to get into that field which is for people with accessible needs (me) or crew. I knew one of the stewards from previous years and he let us pitch up at the front to the right of where the box office was back then. It was an amazing experience and great for people watching!
  23. For the CV ticket, yes. 😀
  24. Just take a photocopy of your wedding certificate. I don't think you can make a name change once a ticket has been purchased against the registration number.
  25. Snap! Make sure that you apply as early as possible, then even if you fail to get an East Quiet pass you can buy one from the accessibility team!
