  1. Worth a try, email glastonbury @seetickets.com Please let us know the outcome. 👍
  2. I have bought one as they are only £10 and its better than freezing my hand off! I already have various Chillys bottles but SHO do a range too and they are considerable cheaper! - https://shoreusable.com/products/the-sho-bottle I also have one of their food flasks so can verify they are a decent make.
  3. Cheaper version from SHO, with free postage! - https://shoreusable.com/products/sho-pacto?currency=GBP&variant=31448951160866&utm_medium=cpc&utm_source=google&utm_campaign=Google Shopping&utm_source=google&utm_medium=paid&utm_campaign=13036644135&utm_content=124988770467&utm_term=&gadid=520415974456&gclid=Cj0KCQjwpv2TBhDoARIsALBnVnnIiH3jyEy7Ni-KSoouOErXndVDNYhjxcsJ9PR0OYirsB_tcMObQPMaAr5hEALw_wcB 🙂
  4. As would be @Jen123m for selling it on which carries the risk of having your festival ticket cancelled. There are still large pitches available @VastComparison at B&W - https://glastonbury.seetickets.com/gfl/addregistrations
  5. My Phonak power bank clips underneath the usb charger so it's still one unit. Not been off grid for longer than 3 days since getting these hearing aids do not sure how many charges but I would expect a 20,000 MAH to last the duration of the festival at the minimum. 🙂
  6. I have heard of this happening before, do you have a different email you could try to send it from? 👍
  7. Hi, I am also a rechargeable hearing aid wearer. You will find it difficult to recharge power banks daily unless you can arrange something as said above with the access team. Which will be a bit of a faff unless you camp close to Spring Ground. Drop an email to accessibility@glastonburyfestivals.co.uk I have Phonak Audeo Marvels with a power bank in the actual charger which usually gives me 2 charges. I charge this from my Anker 20,000 charger. EE usually sell exchangeable Power Banks at the festival so this could also be an option, I haven't seen an announcement of what they are offering as yet this year. Keep an eye out on here and on social media. Have a great festival! 🙂
  8. Have you booked a seat on the coach for her? I am pretty sure every passenger including infants have to have an allocated seat on See Coaches. Drop an email to glastonbury@seetickets.com to check. 🙂
  9. Roaming Rotisserie is in Williams Green again, a great source of comfort food! 🙂
  10. They will need to drop her off at Bath and West Showground, you can take a shuttle bus from gate A to collect her. 🙂 "There is a 24-hour drop-off and pick-up zone with a shuttle bus to the festival site (at Gate A) throughout the event. The collection point is located to the east of the site. People should head towards Evercreech on the A371 and follow the signs for Drop and Collect or DC" https://www.glastonburyfestivals.co.uk/information/getting-here/2592-2/
  11. Just saw this blog in a Facebook group and thought it may be of interest to you! 😀 https://www.andybarrow.co.uk/the-challenge-of-glastonbury/?fbclid=IwAR1DoX6lwwzW9gfAAmGHcfvRerTvjLe_iFvEHc5tzAY2pEnjTbZ2sKeWNwY
  12. Yes you can, this map may help you plan the route, or just ask one of the many stewards for directions. 🙂
  13. Looks like you got lucky if there were 15 or more on the coach, all the information about how to book is in this link - https://www.glastonburyfestivals.co.uk/information/getting-here/by-coach/ 🙂
  14. I have no experience of towing with a van but it won't be an issue having one as a towing vehicle. Our friends used to tow their caravan there with a Vauxhall Vivaro van and never had any problem. 🙂
  15. Bath and West is 3 miles from the site, a shuttle bus runs between there and the festival.
  16. Nope, please don't judge others. He is my carer as I am deaf and have other disabilities. He expected to be an hour or so maximum when he went back, not 3.
  17. It once took my husband 3 hours after leaving me in West Holt's to get back to me. We were in the closest field to gate C as I was given a space in the accessible overspill CV site. This was a Thursday afternoon.
  18. Do you actually have tickets for Glastonbury Festival?
  19. I have seen Fiona Ingram (CV Fields Manager) answer this question in a Facebook group and it will be fine if you all go into East, but not East Quiet. 😀 Here is a link to the post - https://www.facebook.com/groups/640886455928864/permalink/8020362371314532
  20. You will be directed into whichever field they are currently filling by marshalls. If you have an East Quiet pass you will be closer to Gate C than if you have an East pass. It really is the luck of the draw not time or arrival. 😄
  21. You will be directed into East or East Quiet depending on which you have a pass for, this will be exchanged for a sticker as you get closer to the fields. The sticker needs attaching to the windscreen straight away, make sure you have some cling film and bluetack to hand as its a hire van, this will save having to scrape it off the window! You won't have any choice in which field you are pitched in, the marshalls will direct you to the one they are currently filling. Use the lock ups for your warm night clothes, booze etc as it can take a lot of time going back to the campervan fields as you have to go through security at Gate C each time. Queues can be long...... Keep your ticket and pass out safe as you will need these each time you enter from the campervan fields. Fill the water tank before you get there as you can't drive to the taps to fill up, I have seen many people struggle to top the water up in motorhomes as they don't usually carry water containers. Levelling blocks can be useful. Use the power sparingly, as batteries can easily be flattened and there is no hook up. 🙂
  22. You and me both! Never ridden one before - an absolute baptism of fire!
  23. The Big Lemon offer coaches from London and Brighton to the festival. 👍 https://thebiglemon.com/glastonbury/
  24. They have your name and registration number on and can be checked against your ticket at point of entry, sadly you can no longer exchange them. Also be aware it's no longer called West it's now Bath and West which is 3 miles away from the festival, West campervan site is no longer there it's now called Sticklinkand has pre erected tents.
