if you're applying through early bird, which is Feb 21, then you'll prob need to do it separately as they check each place to the email address they have for that person.

The food and showers are a good deal with Shelter. You get more vouchers than Oxfam does. I personally don't mind working hard, you know its going to be serious graft, but when the paid Avalon staff sit in the back drinking with their friends all night and letting the volunteers deal with never ending queues, it verges on taking the p*** Sounds like you were in a better managed bar which is good. My first year wasn't bad either. Just luck of the draw I guess!

keep checking the Oxfam site for spaces, refresh the page whenever you have time, and good luck in the resale!
  5. I believe Stewarding accessible areas and helping those with access needs? I have had an invite to apply to volunteer as sent them an email last year but just wondered if anyone who had done it in past could give me some info?
  6. Hiya, can anyone advise what access stewarding is like? ie, what deposit, how many shifts and how long etc? what is camp like etc? I have gone with Shelter last few years but didn't enjoy it last year. Thanks!
