Shared a really good vegan pizza from a solar powered place just along from the Park. I'm not vegan but this was good; even the cheese.

How many people follow Secret Glasto on Twitter now? It would work better if they were able to actually be secrets. I understand this would be very difficult the way the Socials are now but I do quite like that PN played and most of us missed it.

Yep. I managed to see all of Kae Tempest get to Wet Leg, find my son in front of the sound desk and then we both quite easily managed to get to within a couple of rows from the front to see some other friends we'd managed to spot. There was a decent amount of space to jump around in.

I could have written this post. He'd advised me to listen to her pre Glasto; I did but was sure I'd probably still go to Idles on the Other which I would have done if it hadn't been raining pre Idles gig. Didn't fancy a soaking so went along to the JP with him. Possibly my best set and was definitely his. Would have loved her to have been at GM or EOTR this year.

First time I’d seen The Avalanches and absolutely loved their set; totally got lost in the moment. When I watched it back was so happy to see the whole crowd dancing for the whole set….it was wonderful.

I had assumed they were doing it again as I'd booked another ticket after I had paid for mine as my son decided to go. I paid a deposit and when I went back in a month or so later to pay off a bit more I only had the option to pay off the balance. I hope they reinstate this too as it's easier when you're doing 3 festivals.

This was only my 3rd time -17; 19; 22- and I didn’t think it was much different, although didn’t go to SEC. We’ve camped on Big Ground just up from the Lock-up each time and the amount of tents didn’t seem any worse, in fact I seem to think the tents were more crammed in in 2017. Were any of the other camping areas noticeably over populated?

It’s the actual marine distress flares that scare me; burning white hot feet away from everyone. At KL in the pit there was one of these right near a young family. The smoke flares don’t really worry me other than breathing it in.

Not really a crowd control issue but we were well impressed to see the young guy in an electric wheelchair appear well into the Kendrick Lamar set right on the barrier. God knows how but fair play to his mates. Don’t think they hung around for long.

Yea but they had a queuing system of sorts. A narrow funnel onlynlettimg a few in at a time as people left.

Baggy Mondays was a big crush in the sun to get in but loads of room inside. I’m sure they could have let a few more in than they did.

Bit harsh; only a throw away comment on an internet forum. Not in court where I need to produce evidence for the not so foolish Deano.

Can’t remember queuing for more than five mins for anything. Ignored any massive toilet or food queues and moved on to next nearest. You soon get to know the ones that aren’t worth trying at, like the ones round the corner from the Other stage.
