The average flight is about 90kg of CO2 per person per hour. Eating meat and dairy compared to being vegan is about 2 tonnes of CO2 per person per year. So everyone saying people shouldn’t fly to save the planet have already gone Vegan, right? The whole flight shaming crap is so unhelpful when the real issue is far more complicated and needs global government policies to make real change.

Do you drive or get transported around in cars/taxis/minibuses/coaches/buses, or other land vehicles? Even electric? Do you eat beef, pork, chicken, butter, cheese, eggs, yoghurt, anything dairy or with gelatine in it? Because those two things combined far outweigh plane use per year. It's all very well targeting planes because you see it as unnecessary, but if we want to get really sanctimonious, let's get rid of cars because people could cycle three hours to work, they could only eat bread and water. Planes is an easy target because they're huge and we're socialised to see them as decadent, but they're not nearly as bad as all the cars etc people are getting about in or the meat people are consuming.

If i will go to Primavera, and Drake is playing in Mordor, certainly i will be at a medium or small stage. I hate him. This year he cancelled his appearance in São Paulo with no reason, he just back to Canada and ok, idiot (If a South America Lollapalooza can book him, Primavera can also). His price? 4m dollars for a gig with no band, only playback. If you like it, sorry, but i prefer KGLW.

Yeah, no shade on her particular form of entertainment, but every additional non-rock headliner leans this festival closer to being... every other festival. We don't need that. Keep bringing young acts up at 4pm and giving them a stage, but don't spend $1m of the festival's money on somebody you can see at every other festival.

Anyway, to get back on topic, it does seem like Easy Life used easyJet planes and style for merch. If I was them, I'd use as much of the free publicity as possible, choose a name slightly different to the one now and get on with the music.
