Yeah I heard that too, Apparently WWE wanted JR to do it, but JR says he would be happy that Flair did it and hopes he does, but if they won't then JR would fill in

I hope that they let Flair do it [if he wants to] To be honest the Hall of Fame should be seperate from anything else going on storyline wise, and if they want Reid in the WWE one day they really shouldn't snub his dad

It'll be ok though hopefully, because it's a house show with wrestling on it, rather than a tv taping with bullshit actors talking about the wrestling matches that they're going to have.

As long as the guns are there, it'll be worth it.

You've missed Alex Shelly vs Jay Lethal on that list, at least on the Saturday anyway.

Alex Shelley beat Jay Lethal to retain the X-Division title with the

Kryptonite Krunch in a really good match, maybe the best of the night

as both of them really went for it and broke out all their big spots,

including a really nice tope from Lethal. Lethal seemed annoyed at the

start as a child stole his hat and then gave it to his mother who,

somewhat unbelievably, basically threw it at him.

Two incredible angles on Raw last night.

I would say that JBL is winning the title to set up Shawn v JBL at Wrestlemania. Orton is going to be in a high profile match, dont quite know who he will be facing though. They might switch Hunter back to Raw and acknowledge on TV that he is Vince's Son in Law.

Every time Austin guest appears, you know he's going to do a bunch of stunners on people (usually Vince), drink lots of beer and flip the bird. Every time it happens in exactly the same way, and every time it raises a smile (and indeed a crowd pop).

Theres word going around on the net that TNA will be holding a PPV in the UK this year well I can tell you this is 100% happening, I saw my mate tonight who went to see TNA weds night and he met Dixie (ive seen the photos) and she said they were defiantly doing a UK PPV this year but hadn't decided which PPV or location

they've got one thing right then. Isn't the only ppv wwf (back then) did in the uk summerslam from absolutely years ago. Give them credit, i was shocked when they started doing raw/ sd live here rather than poor house shows and god awful ppvs which meant nothing. Say if it was one of the big four like the royal rumble i'd be there in a shot, and i'm nowhere near as much of a fan as when i was a kid.

The reason WWE doesnt do it becuase spoilers get out and they miss out on prime time buyers. With TNA, no one is buying the shows anyway so it doesnt make any difference.

i doubt there's a venue in the country that could grant them a license till the early hours anyway (in all fairness though, there's probably 20,000 people dotted around the country that would stay out till that time to watch a ppv). I get what you mean though about spoilers, is amazing that ten years ago digital cameras were a rarity, now we have the internet and a digital camera just on our mobile. Imagine if the whole owen thing had happened in this day and age, some sick bugger would've had it on youtube within the hour.

I can guarantee if TNA did a PPV over here that no more than 7000 people would attend. And thats being generous.

A PPV would mean all the talent, which means higher ticket prices, not to mention production values which again, means higer ticket prices. Bearing in mind the state of the economy, it might cost, say, £180 foradad to take his two sons to watch TNA. If they have a choice, they are going to go watching WWE.

Out of the space's left in the Rumble match isn't it tradition now to have some 'blasts from the past'?I expect there to be atleast three former wrestlers who aren't normally on WWE television to make an appearance.

But I have to say, if Mick Foley and Dixie Carter are going around telling everyone that it was TNA's biggest show, then why the f**k wasnt it televised? I bet it wont even get acknowledged on Impact this week.

Could you imagine if Wrestlemania was a house show every year? An opportunity to make the company look respectable, and they blow it.
