Both are very likely for R&L, but I was told Travis is 99,9% confirmed. ( I won’t say 100% because anything can happen, but he is headlining R&L)

It would be great to finally see a huge proper rap/hip-hop headliner at Sziget. Last time it was Kendrick Lamar in 2018.

Btw. Wondering if you all knew that, Travis Scott performed at Sziget back in 2016.

99% confirmed for Sziget or for R&L?

Travis Scott is a bit of a guilty pleasure but I have no real desire to see him live. My brother is 14 and him and all his mates like Travis so I suspect Sziget would be crawling with kiddy day ticket holders.

Exactly. It would be an absolutely awful day crowd wise

Would be really surprised if Sziget had both Travis and Post. Might work for the kind of crowd they draw at R&L but I doubt it would work at Sziget too well.

I suspect I could, rather quickly, find a dozen lyrics spouted by Travis that go against the inclusive nature of Sziget. Mind you, I could probably do the same for Eminem! 😂

Probably R&L.

Stormzy wasn't that packed last year, not sure they would put such a budget on travis

You can't really compare Travis to Stormzy in any way, Travis is much much bigger artist and it would definitely be the biggest headliner for the next edition. If we just look at Spotify listeners, Travis has 70 mil, while Stormzy has only around 9 and wouldn't be a headliner for most of the festivals.

At the same time I don't think Travis Scott is coming to Sziget next year

that would mean post is out, which would be very strange

I feel like it's quite safe to assume both Reading and Sziget were waiting for and will announce Post Malone together. him being out would make zero sense whatsoever (and would be quite the flop)
I get Shawn Mendes being out but Post...

at the same time, Leaks (rip you'll be missed) said there was only one headliner that was "half hip hop" or something in the lines, clearly referring to Post Malone. I don't think that if Travis Scott was in they would've closed him in the past days or so

Van Buuren and Justice are all but confirmed from the hints. Is there any chance they would be sub-headliners?

Then your ACC is Post Malone (A), Chappell Roan (C) and either Charli or Sabrina Carpenter

I mean thats a random account with a random cryptic post..I’d take it with a grain of salt

    • Proper special gig tonight. They won't mean much to most people, but The Dogs D'Amour were one of the most significant bands of my youth.   Tyla, yer main man of said band, was playing in Birkenhead tonight. Not many there, but it was going fine. Then he decided he didn't like the smoke and the flashing lights so suggested moving the gig to the beer garden. Off we all went, and it was magical. Like having your favourite musician play in your garden. I absolutely loved it.   Before:     After:
