yeah, but he didn't say eu was awful. Maybe he could have been more enthusiastic, but he wasn't leader of the remain camp, he was leader of Labour.

His whole speech is going to be about promising growth. There's no way to guarantee it'll happen, most recent govts have promised growth and failed to deliver it, Cos no one knows how to make it happen!

yeah, any growth will probably be out of control of govt...international situation etc. But still...

He pretty much did say the EU was awful, that first speec was embarrassing. And as leader of the opposition he should have been leading the opposition. Not saying "it's ok to vote leave"
