It doesn't work like that. The tour of Foo Fighters is already a long time in the books, also that date in Lissabon, they choose to announce this period. So Foo Fighters were never an option for the sunday, maybe for another day.

I believe he is going on tour yes but there are no rumours on any dates.

His last tour in Europe was annouced in february with dates in june......

Since Foo Fighters weren't announced for Hellfest, could they possibly do the saturday here if they are touring with two stage sets? (Portugal on sunday in mind)

Post Malone is the headliner for saturday. It would surprise me if they put another headliner on this day. It's not RW. ?

On festileaks the rumor is now that Robbie Williams could be the last headliner. He will play at Port Vale FC's Vale Park Stadium in Stoke on Trent on Saturday June 20, 2020 -

Announcement Pearl Jam tour is expected next week. Probably on friday so they say.....

The final list of tour rumours on the pearl jam forum does not include Pinkpop. This is not looking good.

PJ will go to Amsterdam (That's why I said 'They were' - booked for PP) 
They are still trying to book a last band. 
It's not completly sure they will come.

Fake. Not the same colors as all the previous announcements. The name GNR is not exactly above the title Headliner. Maybe they'll come but I doubt it's the real one.
