There are certainly moments where this is necessary.  They just aren't the prettiest moments.

I know I have the body but of a weak and feeble man; but I have the heart and stomach of a weak and feeble man too, hence most things can put me on my arse after a modest quantity.  Unfortunately it took me decades to realise that gung ho approach did occasionally end up in me getting in mischief (or just very messy).

Never had any problem finding wine, as for Prosecco I take my own cans. I know you can buy it on site but can't remember seeing that many places doing it.

Otter did some lovely, and very effective, ciders at BDs
