Bloodstock Open Air 2019

First headliner for BOA 2019 is being announced next week. 

My guess is Sabaton. They're in Europe the week before playing Wacken so they're going to be around. 

My guesses for the other two headliners is Behemoth and Marilyn Manson.

Got my ticket anyways. Sabaton seems the popular choice. Would happily watch them again. You just can't get enough tanks in your life.

Yes I'll be at 2 of the shows. Every time I see them now I think it'll be the last time. They're ancient but still bring it!!

You guys were right, Sabaton have been announced as the Friday headliner.

No interest in them whatsoever but it’s a great booking for the festival and another new headliner they’ve pushed through. Nice one. 

KoRn have a new album coming in March. Could Bloodstock get them to play? It’d be a massive booking.

In a Download sub sized band headlining Bloodstock kind of way they totally could. Korn played 3rd down at L/R after subbing Download so I can't see them refusing a headline slot. It would please me greatly if they did play. Their set at the Hydro last tour was one of my favourite gigs and I'd never been much of a fan before that.

I bought the Kerrang last week to read the Behemoth Article and there's a flippant comment in there comparing not being recognised in the street over here compared to Poland even though he's "that guy who headlines Bloodstock".

Just announced: 

Children of Bodom, Cradle of Filth, Soilwork, Dee Snider, Queensryche and Hypocrisy.

Apart from Soilwork they are all playing the main stage and none are headlining.

Code Orange announced apparently. Amazing booking but hope it doesn’t rule them out of Download. 

Or I’ll have em at Leeds if they’re about in August.

I'll go watch Code Orange to see what the hype is all about but I don't think I'll like them from what I've seen on Youtube etc. I doubt they'll be at Download too.

Bloodstock’s final headliner is a band who have never played the festival before. 

It’s got to be Parkway Drive. Would make sense with Code Orange and Thy Art Is Murder being on main stage that day.
