First time doing Kendal, how quickly do tickets usually sell out? And will there be another batch of tickets released?

There was talk of them being 60% sold before the announcement although I'm not sure how true that was. Last year was excellent so I can imagine a lot of people bought on the strength of that. 

 

I'd also guess with the demise of wickerman and t the line up will attract a lot of people from over the border, especially with Franz and frightened rabbit playing. If your after a ticket I'd get one sooner rather than later cos the release of bands they've just put out will appeal to a lot of people

Last year was not until a few weeks before but the year before was only a month or so after the 1st announcement. The way the lineup is going down on on FB etc I'd not be surprised to see another quick sell out

I know a few people who feel the same, Frank turner would gave been the best bet for a thursday slot.

Yeah, I assumed that Frank was the Thursday.  Franz Ferdinand have more of a mass appeal I would imagine so would have been a better weekend headliner.  

A line up like that deserve another scorcher from the weather- we can't get one 2 years in a row though

Can't wait to finally see The Coral! I think it's a great line up, better than last years in my opinion anyway. Will be seeing more of the smaller acts this year as well, stumbled across a few last year!
