First time I shall be trying in the resale. So what time is it? Is it a Sunday again?

Not holding out much hope, and am already looking at green man and end of the road as alternatives!

9am Sunday. And there is hope, I have been 3 years in a row and got all my tickets in the resale.

As has been said best estimate is probably 10-15k cancelled tickets. To me, logic dictates that as long as you are very organised it should be a little bit easier than the main sale. Yes, there are far less tickets, but there must be proportionally far less people. 10% of the tickets but probably less than 10% of the people that originally tried. That means less traffic to the site (it's probably not as tooled up as it is on Tday however) so as long as you have loads trying I'd say far more chance of at least getting the booking page.

No luck this year on my Mac but got through multiple times on iPad with 4g connection. Still missed out on tickets though as safari kept having a privacy problem every time I entered card details!

I got through this year on the resale so I'm optimistic. I done 2 browsers with one tab each on one device and got through sharpish so hopefully the same again.

Got through this year on resale. All it took was hogging three computers in the uni library (during deadline season, bet I was popular!), my laptop, my phone, my iPad, my good friend Mike on his Mac and another uni computer and my brother back in Belfast trying for me!

I've been a bit grumpy about having to spend the next 6 months stressing over whether or not I'll get a ticket, but on the upside, the six months should go faster than if I was counting down the days to the festival, ticket in hand.

If you are on twitter follow the official festival account and alter settings so you get notifications. Particularly in the final secret resale that's a good way to find tickets being sold. I have a feeling there was a short resale on a midweek afternoon in May 2015
