Just wanted to pay my respects, awful awful thing to happen, thoughts are with family friends and those who fought hard to save him, will contribute to the page as a further mark of respect and raise a glass of cider tonight.

Awful news 

We had a steward supervisor talking with a group of us whilst queuing to get into zigzag at gate d and he said , very knowledgeably, that it was petrol and suicide.

So very sad indeed when someone feels need to do this. Where are the support services at times like this? (by this I mean 'society' not glasto services)

It was suicide,  in a hedge at the edge of the permaculture area. All the crew that witnessed it are the ones I really feel for.  Quite afew friends of mine.

Absolutely tragic. Thoughts to all the family, and extended thoughts with all your friends and other crew members who had to witness that.
