OK Just a bit of fun but who thinks they have the most eclectic taste in music ? - here's My list of likes/ Clashes currently featuring on my phone's media player in order of distance apart on the musical spectrum and the (probable)  winner of the clash listed first

Modestep - Christy Moore

RTJ - Lulu (undecided but think Lulu is still in with an outside chance)

Motorhead (not actually on my phone but planning to see them for a laugh) - Jungle

Bare Knuckle Parade - Dub Pistols

The Who - Chemical Brothers

When I talk to friends and colleagues my taste seems pretty eclectic, when I read these forums it feels pretty mainstream.  Respect to all the posters who highlight interesting new stuff to listen to.

RTJ where exclusively down to reading the forums then going and finding them on Youtube for me!

Same, several posters whose taste I respect had said good things about them for a while, come about December time I checked them out on youtube and was instantly taken with their sound.  Over the last few years this forum has introduced me to as much new music as the radio or any other source.

Agree totally with this, I have seen so many great performances, not only at glasonbury but elsewhere also, thanks to suggestions made on this forum.

Oh, and not forgetting Brave Sir Robins epic playlist.
