Evening all. Why a busy but productive day. My bank account is lighter by £788 but my new furniture is arriving tomorrow. Had a lovely time with my very sad friend and managed to make her smile. I am actually shattered. I forgot how tiring shopping is!

It's stuff like that that really makes me cross! Stop taking something that I love and hold dear (a true, genuine culture) and diluting it into an artificial, commercial, wannabe's paradise.

I'm in no way an elitist/exclusivist, but I just hate the entirely uninformed media jumping onto festival culture and ripping the soul out of it.

I just get frustrated at the artificiality of 'The Man' trying to create a uniform that 'should' be worn at festivals. It just reinforces the stereotype that has become ever more prevalent since you just have to be at Glasto, dahling...

I think that every time i see one under the heading "festival fashion" jeez i must be the the most unattractive festival goer in my fellas old adidas hoody and scabby old leggings if this is what the standard is haha...but at least i can pee efficiently after holding it in forever!result

I like those festival fashion articles, just cos I can laugh at their absolute stupidity!! They all look lovely but not at all practical.

Good evening, lovelies! This evening I dropped my car at the mechanics, and he has lent me a Vauxhall vectra estate thing! I drive a little fiesta! It's hilarious. The big car, I mean. My car is small, and almost 18 years old. The borrowed car is quite new, and it took me almost all,the way home to work out how to open a window! Haha!

Re festival "fashion", I wear stripey tights, little shorts and a t shirt. And a waterproof. Tights because they are easy, don't take up much room in the rucksack, and I don't care if they get trashed. Plus I like the stripes! Don't really go in for fashion, I tend to wear what I like which can be quirky or scruffy! I dress pretty much the same in real life, just with more black. I like black. I'm a goth at heart
