Monorail Prices This Year?

God knows. I didn't mind it when it first happened and you had a flat rate "unlimited" ticket for the whole week. Now they charge per journey - extra if going from Zone 1 to Zone 2 - it can get ridiculously expensive if you use it more than a couple of times a day.

Still, it was never meant to be an entirely cheap weekend I suppose!

Had a beer with Mick Jagger in the VIP bar carriage last year, won the 1st class monorail tickets in the Guardian. Keeping my eye out for that competition again, I don't think I'd go back to regular class, all sorts of undesirables on there.

I managed to get a full weekend pass last year in trade for a pint of brothers, a full pack of double aa batteries and a couple of funny ciggies. Zone 4 still scares the shit out of me !
