ewan90
Hi I bought I glastonbury ticket on the general sale. I went completed all the pay forms on the 5th of April, but I got an email saying I had been refunded the deposit because I didn't pay. What can I do? bexj
Contact see tickets, do you not have your email confirmation?
pie_and_a_pint
Unless you have proof you paid your balance (your email confirmation and your bank statement showing the payment going out) I don't really see what SEE will be able to do... Worth giving them a call, of course, but without a confirmation it's your word against theirs unfortunately.

frostypaw
Is this part of the glasto dreams/nightmares thread? Good luck fella, I've woken up in cold sweat imagining receiving that email

captain reido
AAHHH gutted, did the money not show as being taken from your account?
kalifire
If the money was taken from your account but you didn't get email confirmation, that's their fault. Monies taken mean they have to honour it. If the money wasn't taken and you didn't get an email confirmation, that means something went wrong when you tried to pay and they think you didn't want the ticket. If that's the case, good luck on Sunday.
Leggins
Ewan90, oh Ewan90, please say you checked the money had home from your account. These are the post-balance-paying stories I hate. If the money didn't go out, you have no hope other than the resale.
jamesrfisher
You can check your 'account' with seetickets which will show if you have any orders with them, will show deposit and balance as separate orders. https://www.seetickets.com/user/account Alternatively you can check your Glastonbury registration by going to edit it, details of what orders tie in with the registration are shown. You don't need to be the lead booker to do this. https://glastonbury.seetickets.com/registration/edit
