I remember a few years back on here, it used to be fun.

No it didn't

We all used to have a laugh, there was hardly any confrontation

Yes there was

just want this to be an actual discussion, like the old days, not just a "clique" who shoot people down.

the old days were shit and boring and exactly the same as they are now

Acting like a twelve year old? So you threatening to come round to my house and shit on my floor real mature behaviour? Me that needs to grow up? Haha you lying to the group last night about the Cribs, for attention, posting "drunk"... Ye, you're right. I wish I was as mature as you.

The oracle thing stems from you being confrontational and slamming down all the newbies ideas. You make yourself sound so civil haha, honestly it's a joke. I remember a few years back on here, it used to be fun. We all used to have a laugh, there was hardly any confrontation nowadays, it's all different. I genuinely think people are scared to put there ideas out there now because of some of the reactions on here, it's hardly a friendly place.

Anyway, I've saidy piece- I don't want aggro. I just want this to be an actual discussion, like the old days, not just a "clique" who shoot people down.

It doesn't matter anyway,

If I could add videos on here I would insert the "it's just banter one"

I actually consciously never slam down newbies, because it's embarrassing as fuck when they come on and suggest something and get mocked for not being a nerd who obsesses over festivals.

Cept again your wrong, I cant vouch for Cardiff covering top sections although id be surprised seen as though they only have one tier of seats on each side, but they didnt do that in Nottingham which is a 10,000 capacity venue, nearly double the size of cardiff.

For Clarity

My ticket for the nottingham gig - standing number 4000 of 4000 dHo3rzu.jpg

A pic from the nottingham show (not mine) showing no netting over the seats - 1797588_804454856238207_438923735_n.jpg

The o2 gig reported by the telegraph, claiming 20,000 were there (Which would be a sellout) - http://www.telegraph.co.uk/culture/music/live-music-reviews/10636101/Frank-Turner-The-O2-London-review.html

They don't send em out in order. Literally last ear did work experience in Sheff Arena Ticket Office and the tickets were never in order. It might well have sold out but I was told the tour on a whole didn't sell well.

BMTH look to have gotten better live from videos I've seen of their Wembley gig. I absolutely love the band and they were good fun in 2013, but they didn't come across well live. It just sounds a bit of a mess. Anyway. I'll be made up with them subbing Metallica and will be front and centre whilst they are on.

    • I really don't think they would put Olivia Rodrigo on Occident stage. If it was her, they would put her in earlier Mordor slot and move Big Thief or Little Simz to Occident.   Fontaines DC are more probable, but don't really match the hype. However, again, if the hype was real, the artist would end up in Mordor.   That being said, I would love to see Fontaines DC tonight.
    • After all the good advice on here I had a nice visit to the site earlier in the week.    Walked down from Pilton village to Hitchen Hill and down the footpath to the Wood by Woodies.    Really strange seeing the site empty of 100,000 people. There is far more hedges and woodland on the site than you remember when the festival is on. Can see the stone circle and some structures still up on site. And looks like Worthy View has some camping going on there during the summer too.   Lots was fenced off with electric fencing to help wth the cattle grazing. Is really amazing how they set up the site as its hard enough accessing the area by car and foot nevermind all the kit needed to set the festival up. As others said you can't walk the whole site but nice to see the site again after a few years away   Pilton is also a lovely village with a nice village hall shop and post office attached, and got to speak to some locals who told me a few tales of past festivals down the years. One house for sale there would be lovely to live in - if only I had £2 million going spare
    • 6music just shared a video of all of Fontaines DC singing along to the Cure last night. It'll be them. Booooo    Olivia might get up for I Love You though...
    • Proper loser behaviour wearing a tee like that. Me and my mate play a game every year called ‘Boomer Tees’ and there’s some gems every time.
