Lineup 2015

Recommended Posts

Beyonce and Jay Z showing up with their joint tour thing would make sense because R&L having it on a UK exclusive would explain why they've not announced any UK dates for it.

I think it was US exclusive because they wanted to keep it as an exclusive thing. I highly doubt a co-headlining tour would last till August 2015 anyway, and wouldn't be at Reading.

I am very interested in who's gonna be lined up for 2015 though, I think instead of bands that are around now - we could have a set of headliners which are all coming back with new material and new tours.

Yeah Beyonce at Reading is never, ever going to happen and I'm not convinced Jay-Z has the crossover appear Eminem has anyway.

I can't believe we're fooling for classic word play anyway, it's probably just another way of saying they're going to bump someone up again :P

For the record, Melvin Benn said "there's one booked, there's one booked at least. We're just waiting for them to decide which nights they want to play Reading and which night they want to play Leeds."

So it's not a singular rapper or something. They booked a band.

Or Beyonce and Jay-Z. Who knows what's inside his insane mind.

I knew it would happen as soon as it was mentioned :P we'll be guessing all year about what constitutes a "regular" and then we'll have three headliners who've all played multiple times

You can still refer to a single person as 'them'

    • I am very possibly wrong about this but I do think that the pitch you get allocated appears to be related to your time of arrival, (i.e. you get the next one available) rather than the price you paid for a small, medium or large pitch.  They all appear to be the same size to me.

    • I take my lad to the local non-league club - Royston Town - not he's 13, he goes there with his mates and he plays in their youth team.  Not many people there - lucky if they hit 800, but lovely supporting the town team.  I've took him to some league clubs too - Cambridge and Stevenage are great to visit and not crazy prices - his first one was Cambridge v Sunderland (I'm a mackem) when they were in league 1, so a great experience for him.  The England matches aren't too bad value either at Wembley - it's just the parking that stings you. Problem is, he's a City fan, so at some point have to bite the bullet and get him up to the Ethiad. Have done the tour, but he'd love a proper game....my wallet, less so!
    • Said it before, but if Annie Lennox is available next year, then it would be an absolute crime to instead book anyone else. She's rare and legendary enough that you drop all other plans.
