and Fatsoma (who are official ticket sellers, selling through Rep's) gave the option to buy e-tickets. A lot of my mates have E-tickets so I wouldn't worry.

I did and they arent e tickets, they were vouchers that when activated would get you a physical ticket sent to you. They should definitely check where they purchased from

Did you sell them online or person to person vouchers?

edit: Ignore me, they send them straight to your address once bought online.

Having now looked at my friend's 'eTicket' it seems it was bought from leedstickets.com, and is definitely an eTicket and not a voucher. Has anyone ever used this website for anything and can comment on its legitimacy? He's now emailing a picture of the ticket to FR to see what they say.

Yeah, he says he bought his Slam Dunk ticket from there, and that was fine. He's just looked at the confirmation email and it says "If any events are not available for eTickets, these tickets will be available for collection on the door". He's ringing FR now.

Tell him next time to buy from one of the official agents on their site. There's a list of at least ten different ones (that site isn't on it though)
