Who are we? I can't help thinking that because a lot of us don't know each other a lot of what we say is missed in text, and I've happily accepted my foibles so maybe a little vague background may help?, m

OK, I'll play as it is stupid o'clock and I am wanting to bang my head against a wall with dental pain or, preferably, just sleep!

I'm 39 (40 in a month - God knows how that happened but hey ho). I'm female, and I am from Liverpool originally (but you knew that already :P ) but I have lived in Yorkshire for the last 20 years

Favourite act this year? Probably Tribes at Williams Green or Kenny Rogers just because of how loaded it was with nostalgia for me

25, male, originally from Watford and now living in Hounslow, West London (yay for me! Lol)

Best act at Glastonbury was for me a tie between the Stones and Chic. I had more fun durig Chic than I did the Stones but the Stones were AWESOME so there you go!

45 male from Paignton, Devon. Best sets Chic and the Stones. Praying for Earth, Wind and Fire to be at Glastonbury next year. It's a tie for me between Chic and Faithless for best set I have seen .

Haha! Outing time! ;)

I'm nearly 62 3/4, female rural type. Worked on Info since 2005 and was working thro' too many bands I wanted to see this year. But did love the spectacle of the Stones on the glorious Pyramid stage in full flight (70%/30% Pyramid / Stones for enjoyment I think).

I had a great dance to music played by a DJ at Blues during Saturday and was considerably pissed off when going down there after the Stones to find one of the fascist DJ's yelling 'stop' and raving on after each 8 or so bars of great music. What is it with these egotistical DJs? It seems they love their own voices more than the music <_<

22, F, Originally from Norwich, now living in Manc. First Glastonbury this year and favourite act is hard to choose - loved Arctics- Mardy Bum, Jake Bugg- Broken and The Stones but for overall performance and sheer effort, it would have to be Alabama Shakes/Brittany.

F, 49, Birmingham.

BAG13 - PIL were the ones that actually moved me from a standing start - went there curious to hear the between the tracks rankings of an old punk, ended up having one of the best dances of the festival to a sound that was completely different from what I expected. I loved The Arctics and The Stones, but I expected to.

PRUE! - think I was probably in The Blues with you for Barry Ashworth on Saturday afternoon - the vibe was bubbling, the tunes kept coming, I was totally in my element & this was absolutely my best dance of the festival! (As soon as Goldfinger took over at 4.30 and started shouting at us, it was time to move on for me so I am totally with you on that too!) I have a couple of short videos which I've uploaded to my fb - I should YouTube them & you can have a look.

You've put it behind you and this is an inclusive and non-divisive thread. Great to see.

42, M, been a midlander for nearly a quarter of a century but have lived and worked in most parts of this country over the years.

BAG13 - Portishead, beyond a shadow of a doubt for me. BAG ever? R.E.M '99
