We get this every year, yet the numbers stay the same....

I can't explain it, as I don't think we did anything particularly different this year compared to previous...

I have to say that I thought the Police presence this year was very subtle indeed. I obviously can't speak for everyone, but the Police I did see this year seemed to be pretty chilled out and friendly.

The cops giving out water were cool. There was a grouo of good looking policewoman who had a flirt and laugh with us getting some pics pretending to cuff us etc. Made a point of sayingvhello to most. Only one officer was miserable and just grunted at me. The rest very friendly

Sure? This was right from the horse's mouth in a half hour chat. Got a little run down of his career and the works.

He might have been lying but seems odd to

We took a car battery and charged our phones in our tent. Worked a treat! That said I look forward to ignoring Facebook for a few days and don't really do twitter. Just use it for taking pics and checking the news mainly.

I thought the toilets were worse this year but by no means bad.

Found arcadia's new position a let down. Too many people flocked there so you couldn't get near the circle. The problem with putting it there is all the casual tourists go after the headliners so it gets crazy. It was more effort to go there before.

All you need is an inverter with which converts 12v to 240v and a three pin plug. A leisure battery would be battery if going to get a lot of use

PMSL ... talk about making it difficult.

Far easier and cheaper is to attach a fag lighter socket to it, and charge your phones from 12v.

The battery will much last longer too.
