I find it very hard to believe that Liverpool fans don't take joy in rivals' failures in much the same way. I see all sorts of memes and gifs from an absolute shitload of teams. Including Liverpool btw. Mainly Scottish sides, but the point remains the same. It takes a minute to knock something like that out.

This is absolute desperation if you're trying to say this is some sort of United thing. It's not.

Where do you think most the Moyes stuff came from ?

I've got to say, Utd fans (in general, tho there is that banner) showed a lot of class around Moyes. And I see he sent a text to a fans group on Saturday, to thank the fans.

It's only the club and it's players who have no class at all.

Pulis defo wont let up. Thats for sure. Has the smell of a draw to me even though a week or so ago I smelled the Pool loosiung by goal difference

Pool heads are down and the City/Everton score will be in by then. If City dont drop points there then the heads will be even further down.

I feel very sorry for Gerrard. This will haunt him for the rest of his days. Id say his sleep last night was like what mine is like the Monday night after Glastonbury.

What a season tho. Potentially no outright winner until the final whistle on the last day. Brilliant.

Villa are in a bit of a dog fight. Andy Carroll might have something to prove against Citeh. The scheduling of the Palace game on Monday has heaped more pressure on the Reds however. They'll be 3rd at that stage.

I think when your club have had a poor season like mine, watching your rivals mess up is the only high point you get. Watching Chester timewaste in injury time on saturday not realising they needed a goal to avoid relegation was one of my highlights of the season!

The big thing for city is having Kompany, Toure and Aguero all fit at the same time. They are the best team in the league and very capable of finishing the job off, but watching them the last 2 seasons they have always looked capable of dropping points when they shouldnt.

It's a lie? You think Man United are somehow immune from the idiots that follow every other club? Of course there will be folk who think about their rivals more than their own team. It SHOULD go without saying. It's just that folk should remember that the number of idiots is relative to the number of supporters a club has.

    • One problem could be that many of the hospitality packages are already sold out. Unless you’ve a media contact, media organisations normally get a hospitality allocation.
    • I agree on WA taking a year off in 2027. But if they got the call from R&L could see them having a similar August to what Fontaines are doing now. A few random shows + 2/3 other festivals. The festival/LN does seem to love them as well so there is a chance they take a punt.   I did see about Rodrigo potentially doing a stadium in Poland but no clue if that would be 2027 or 2028, I just can't see her at the Fest at all, seems too big in current climate.   If I were to guess the headliners next year I'd go with Fred Again/Foos/Capaldi/Olivia Dean/Biffy or Wolf Alice/Some Rapper, Tems?
    • Ulitimately the “Top 6” or top 2 on a day by day basis work as a collective   You could easily have Foo Fighters and someone else much weaker on a single day   As long as they add up to 3, whether they’re a 2 and 1 or both 1.5s it doesn’t really matter   The Florence- Chase and status day is basically a 1.5 and 1, hence it selling the weakest
