The Nal seemed determined that this was some sort of big thing. So much so, that when I pointed out "three men don't make a team", he decided what I was actually saying RVP/Rooney/Mata wouldn't be able to work together. THIS is the level of which this guy thought a difference would be made.

All i said is that those three in a team are capable of putting together a decent run. And they still are.

Are they?

Do they get a good run of fixtures against just the teams who are 11th or lower then? :P

And yet even if they had that run of 'easy' fixtures, I guarantee they wouldn't win them all. Any team that Stoke as an attacking force can carve thru can be carved thru by any team in the Prem.

Predictions for the rest of the games?

Mine easy Liverpool away win, I think wba are being punished for a very poor (lugano, vydra, anelka, anichebe) transfer window in the summer and not putting it right in January, I think they are in deep trouble.

Arsenal won't win as Pulis generally makes it difficult for them. Can see a 2-0 score.

Also suspect Jose will do his usual and find a way to scrape a draw at city.

My advise to all you gamblers is go for the opposite!

    • A name I didn’t think of. Maybe too big though. Think he’d go down very well despite being quite controversial.
    • Oh bummer, got excited then 😂   Although if I had read all the way down it would have been a bit of a give away, no other festival will book both of those 😂
    • I think the age of tickets flying out day one for a lot of artists is drawing to a close now, especially with the prices.   There will be exceptions of course, I was surprised how quickly Phoebe Bridgers sold out
    • Tbf they sold out the mainland European shows that follow this UK tour more or less immediately so I guess much of Europe will be stadiums for them next summer regardless and they might want to bring any stadium bespoke production here, even if it's just one night at a London stadium or whatever.    I like the new album and wanted to see them again but £150 for a standing ticket is ridiculous and all the sub-£100 price categories sold out. So you know, would like to go but guess I'm waiting for any last minute dropouts. Tbf I would hazard a guess of these 4 UK shows in November that more tickets are sold than unsold and by the time of the show it'll be, if not a full house, close enough.
    • I don't think it's out of the realm of possibility    It would feel like a bit of waste for their first set in the UK for 12 years be an hour and 10 mins as a sub    A lot of people will buy day tickets just for FNM
