Stones - Family Stone

Do people think these will clash? both headlining their respective stages on the sat but the clashfinder I've looked at has the family stone performing at 1ish in the morning.

Don't believe the clashfinder until official times come out. Mr Baresi's times however have the stones on 9.30 and the family on at 11 so pretty unlikely.

I thought it was confirmed that Sonic would go on until about half 12? Which would mean you could see all of the Stones and then head over and watch about half hour of The Family?

Though I've no idea where this information was found. I might have just made it up?

it is the running order, so Nas is playing last.

Nas is headlining but playing earlier. As with most dance based things, there's no guarantee the headliners will play last.

It says on the post '*note that acts are in running order' so surely if they are listing Family Stone and then Nas then thats is the order they'll appear?

we called in on the way back from the Stones, it was embarrissingly quiet

I went after Public Enemy. Thankfully they started late so I got to see over half an hour of them (thought I'd only get to see 5 minutes!). It was a pretty small crowd, but those that were there were enjoying themselves and the band were on good form. I got the impression that out of the few that were there, a lot of them didn't really know who the band were. Strange! I thought they'd be a bigger draw, but I suppose the time and the location didn't help.

I enjoyed myself at least!

I was there for the whole set and thought it was great,They played well and you could see they were enjoying themselves,the girl singer,who was gorgeous by the way,we called her smiler,she was beaming.

The crowd wasn't massive but full enough and a good atmosphere.

That's good to hear at least some people turned up and it was a good gig. Dreadful clash for them though, love S&TFS but I wasn't prepared to miss the Stones for a watered down version. I'll see if I can catch them sometime in the future.
